My name is Kelton Shoptaw. I am honored to be the owner of Carolina Turf Maintenance. I love working hard in God’s creation to help others. I enjoy working with new clients to bring their dreams to life.
Start of the business.
At 11 years old, Kelton started mowing his neighbor’s yard with his Grandpa’s John Deere 48. By 14, he bought his first John Deere zero-turn mower, learning that hard work pays off. From many setbacks, learning to fix equipment to establishing connections with strangers. Over the years, learning different tools and being guided by great role models to grow his business. He has expanded various services over the years, building on new knowledge. He has made this possible to offer competitive prices and serve his community with quality work.
